Green Tea, Kale and Cacao Nibs Smoothie

- 2 teaspoons cacao nibs
- 500ml cold green tea
- 1 avocado, peeled and cut into chunks
- 50g raw kale (a couple of handfuls)
- 3 tablespoons non-dairy or natural yoghurt
- 1-2 teaspoons agave or maple syrup (optional)
- A handful of ice cubes
- Put all of the ingredients in your blender and buzz until smooth.
