This section is about the agony and the ecstasy of running. We run everywhere – at home, abroad, in amazing places and in terrible ones. This section contains tips for training and racing, our reflections on running and guest posts from other runners.

  1. Good blog you have got here.. It’s difficult to find quality writing like yours nowadays. I seriously appreciate individuals like you! Take care!!

  2. Hello
Do you need to turn up dressed and ready to run at the Outlaws club or are there places to get changed? Also, how far do you normally run?

    • Ready to run is best, though there are loos to change in if necessary! Distance varies – we’re designing runs so that runners can do a long or short route. 3 miles short, 5-6 miles long is the plan. We’ll be doing a beginners’ group later in the year for people who have little or no experience of running.
