I went on a meditation evening course many years ago. It was incredibly interesting, but as it was in the evening after a full days work I usually fell asleep before the end – even one time when sitting on a hard, straightbacked chair! These days running is my meditation. Just concentrating on my breathing as I run can be enough to bring me back ‘to the now’. Very easy, and I don’t tend to fall asleep whilst doing it 🙂
