Superfood Smoothie - Mango, Cinnamon and Tahini

Ingredients
  • 5 pitted prunes
  • 300ml soya milk
  • 
3 tablespoons soya yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 very ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Blitz all of the ingredients, except the cinnamon, in a blender.
  2. Add ¼ tsp cinnamon, blitz again and taste. Add the rest of the cinnamon to taste.
