Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

  • 2 tablespoons peanut or almond butter
  • 6 dates
  • 1 tablespoon date syrup
  • 500ml soya or almond milk
  • 250ml water
  • 1 tablespoon vegan chocolate or vanilla protein powder (I used Rawlicious chocolate)
  • 2 heaped teaspoons chia seeds
  1. As easy as ever - buzz it all in a blender then enjoy!
  2. Keeps for a couple of days in the fridge.
