Maple and Pecan Protein Balls

  • 150g pecans
  • 10 fresh dates, chopped
  • 3 rice cakes, roughly crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon date syrup
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and buzz until fairly smooth. Leave a bit of crunch though.
  2. Roll in to balls and eat!
  3. These keep well in the fridge for about a week.
