Healthy Green Tea, Kale and Cacao Nibs Smoothie, full of antioxidants to start your day with a boost.
  • 2 teaspoons cacao nibs
  • 500ml cold green tea
  • 1 avocado, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 50g raw kale (a couple of handfuls)
  • 3 tablespoons non-dairy or natural yoghurt
  • 1-2 teaspoons agave or maple syrup (optional)
  • A handful of ice cubes
  1. Put all of the ingredients in your blender and buzz until smooth.
