High energy vegan breakfast smoothie made with dates, hazelnuts, oats and cacao.
  • 2 tablespoons natural date syrup
  • 1 heaped tablespoon hazelnut butter
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons cacao
  • 500ml plant or rice milk (I used almond milk)
  • 1 frozen banana (or just a banana if you're leaving it in the fridge overnight)
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
