Light Night Art Runs

Like Art…? Like Running…? Join us on Light Night Leeds on Friday 4th October. The whole city will be lit up and you can be part of it.

Light Night Art Runs are just what you’ve been looking for! Organised by Veggie Runners (that’s us!) and Space2, Light Night Art Runs are lively, fun running events that take in the best outdoor art Leeds has to offer, giving runners a chance to stay fit and see the city in an exciting and inspiring new way. Oh, and they’re FREE!!!

There are two levels – 1.5km for beginners and 5km for more experienced runners – so dust off your running shoes and get your glow sticks out. This is your opportunity to be artistic, healthy and have an amazing experience all at the same time.

All runners are encouraged to dress up their running gear with glow sticks, fairy lights, head torches and anything else luminous or glittery they can find. Guided by experienced Run Leaders, they will weave their way around the crowds, making them a thrilling part of the Light Night audience experience.

RUNS:

5.30pm Run 1      1.5km  (Check in 5pm)

6.30pm Run 2     5km      (Check in 6pm)

8.00pm Run 3     1.5km   (Check in 7.30pm)

9.00pm Run 4    5km       (Check in 8.30pm)

All runs start at the Yorkshire Dance Building, St Peter’s Square, Leeds, October 4th
