In the words of one of Bibi’s favourite childhood songs, we like to eat, eat, eat, eat … but only delicious things. We try to ensure that the key nutrients in our recipes are outlined so that you know what to eat and when. We trust that you know your own body though so we don’t count calories or figuratively spoon feed you! We post all of recipes here – and will be happy to post yours too if you’d like to send them along.
